Dr. Pupkova bills separately for her services under a professional business called, "Absolute Bariatric Surgery, PA, LLC," Her billing office is operated by Castlerock Management Corporation which is located in Denville, NJ. Castlerock has a long history of billing insurance companies accurately and helping patients work out financial arrangements that are practical and affordable.
